HOW IT WORKS
1. You send us your unwanted jewellery by secure post (it is generally advisable to contact us first so we are expecting it)
2. We fully appraise your valuables and contact you the same day with an offer.
3. If you accept our offer we will send you your payment by your selected method, or apply a credit note, within 24 hours.
4. If you do not feel our offer is fair we will return your jewellery to you (fully insured) with no questions asked and no hard feelings on either side.
