We try to despatch all orders within 2 business days. All packages are insured against loss or damage and tracking details are retained should they be required.
We send our items FREE of charge because we disagree with the VAT position on Royal Mail posted items. The Royal Mail is VAT exempted but we have to charge VAT to our customers so we just make it free so that we do not have to make this extra charge. Please support us in this endeavour to level the playing field for smaller businesses.
We do our utmost to describe our items as accurately and completely as possible, with any faults or damage clearly stated. Remember, most of our items are vintage or antique so will not be 'as new'. However, in the unlikely event that you feel an item has been mis-represented in any way please contact us immediately and we will organise a full refund upon return of the item in question. Any returned item that is part of a bulk discounted order will need the entire order returned for a full refund on all items.
Our aim is to delight, not to mislead so do not hesitate to contact us should you have any constructive input you feel would be beneficial. Due to postal increases we can no longer offer our £5.00 items with free postage. We are trying to remedy the loss of these items with alternatives and other very low priced items and will update as soon as we can. |  |
