This is a classic child's bangle, Christening gift? It dates from the 1950s, maker's mark AJ. It is constructed from 9ct Gold with a reinforced metal core making it sturdy and heavy. Large Art Deco 9ct Gold Henry Griffith Bangle VGC This is a stunning piece of work and is a nice size. It is a 1940s 9ct Gold Front and Back Bangle, marked for 9ct Front and Back. The maker is the renowned Gold and Silversmith Henry Griffith and Sons and it has been made to the very highest standards. It has an adjustable clipping clasp for different sized wrists. It is a 9ct Yellow gold (marked and tested) line bracelet featuring 7 stunning large Oval cut Rainbow Topaz stones totalling approx 20.0ctw. It is a very old and extremely well made bangle consisting of a jeweller's brass base with 9ct gold rolled to a huge 50 micron thickness. The rear is plain and the front is beautifully engraved as can be seen in the picture. Do not confuse this with a modern 'plated' bangle - this is high quality and is made with solid 9ct Gold plates.
